The intensity of one of the Raman peaks (noticed at the wavenumber 141) decreases with rise in the concentration of the dopant in the TiO2 host. May i know the reason for the same. The fall is noticed due to the addition of dopant.

TiO2 is doped with Ce3+. the emission wavelengths are found to be 489, 542,653,705,730nm. could any one give the transitions states pertaining to the mentioned wavelengths...(excitation wavelength is given by 396nm)
