Introduction
I am an assistant professor in Film and Media Studies at Sapienza, University of Rome. I have coordinated seminars at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris and have published articles in Italian and international journals ("The Journal of Italian Cinema and Media Studies", "Cinéma et Cie", "Communications", among others). My research focuses on the exchanges between Italian and French cinemas in an industrial and cultural perspective.
