Introduction
My research is focused on strategic management and in particular on resource-based theory, on corporate finance and its relations with firm’s strategies, business networks and coopetition, dynamic capabilities, value creation and appropriation both intra-firm and inter-firm. I am promoter of several research projects with many foreign universities.
