Introduction
Ule Prince Alamina (PhD) is a behavioral researcher in Management with specialty in Organizational Behaviour (OB). He is a lecturer at the Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State with vast knowledge and experience in Human Behaviour, Research Methodology and HRM. His research focus and interest are in Entrepreneurship, HRM, Human Behaviour (emotional labour, emotional intelligence, employee engagement and work related attitude of employees) in organizations.
