Introduction
I am an ACT and EABCT-certified therapist specializing in integrating technology with psychotherapy. My work focuses on 360-degree virtual reality (VR) and web-based self-help applications. I explore how biofeedback data, such as HRV and EDA, can be integrated with VR to enhance therapeutic outcomes. With expertise in exam anxiety and psychological resilience, I am dedicated to developing innovative, technology-driven solutions to support mental well-being.
