Uchechukwu Grace, OJUKWU (Ph.D) lectures in the Department of Political Science, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam, Anambra State, Nigeria. She is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and the prestigious University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She has co-authored many books and journals in the field of Public Administration, Community and Rural Development, Gender Studies, Comparative Local Government and Development Studies etc.
