Introduction
His research focuses on occupational fatigue and recovery toward sustainable healthy workplace in terms of occupational health psychology. He researches how shift work intervention (e.g., napping, leisure activity, worktime control, and changing shift schedule) could be beneficial on reducing fatigue and stress among shift workers.
