Question
I am working on a systematic literature review on managerial control in remote work arrangements. Along with papers on control mechanisms (output control, behavior control, etc.) and control systems, I included also papers from leadership literature (eg use of transformational leadership towards remote workers) as well as papers dealing with supervisoring issues in remote work contexts. I need some references clearly discussing (in general) similarities and differences between leadership and supervisor.  Thanks!
