In the software Channel 5 I can manually obtain line profile with Misorientation relative to the first point. I attached two plots, which described the difference.
I need to obtain the map which is related to reference point. Can You help me to find the solution how I can get such results? The best for me it would be to obtain that results with Channel 5 software.
I found one article where such map is presented, but the explanation in the procedure description is not clear for me. Is the Esprit software is able to generate such map?
