Question
I want to apply DEA to measure the efficiency of different DMUs regarding an undesirable output that should be reduced instead of increased. Meaning DMUs with minimal output should be classified as efficient instead of the ones with maximum output.
I have two input variables and that one output variable and I've already decided to use an output-oriented model. How do I transform the output variables correctly?
