Introduction
I am a tenured professor in the College of Animal Sciences, Zhejiang University, China. My main research focuses on adult stem cell biology, glucose and lipid metabolism, molecular nutrition, and improvement of meat quality. So far, I have published 100+ peer-reviewed articles in different journals such as Nature Medicine, Nature Communication, Stem Cells, Meat Science, Animal Nutrition and Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology.
