Introduction
Professor Timothy Tunde Oladokun is a lecturer at the Department of Estate Management, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife in Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D degree in Estate Management of OAU. He is a member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & valuers registered estate surveyor & valuer.
