Introduction
The subject of my current PhD research is structural and personal factors in teacher and student exploration of new pedagogies. I am also interested in Intercultural Competences, Creative Problem-solving, Design Thinking.

Collaborative problem solving (CBS), as a pedagogical practice, has mainly been studied in classroom situations.
