Introduction
I am a Professor at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Biology and Phytochemistry , University of Münster, Germany. I do most of my research in medicinal chemistry of natural products (NPs), phytochemistry, structure elucidation as well as computer-assisted structure-activity relationship studies.   • I obtained my doctorate degree (1990-1994) and my Habilitation (1996-1999) at this Institute. From then on I worked there as "Privatdozent" (similar to an assistant Professor) until I moved to the University of Münster in April 2005.
