Dear all,
I would like to ask a question that if I use the double-boostrapping truncated analysis at the second stage of DEA, adopting the Simar-Wilson (2007). Wherether or not the algorithm eliminate the phenomenon of endogeneity in the regression models?
Thank you for your advise.
Dear researchers,
I use the two-stage DEA approach to estimate the relationship between the environmental variables and estimated efficiency at local governments. I use the double-bootstrap truncated regression at the second stage. However, one is cautious me about the endogeneity and simultaneity. I would like to ask whether or not the the endogeneity and simultaneity have occurred if we use the bootstrap truncated regression?
Thank you very much.
