Introduction
I work at the School of Sports, Federal University of Santa Catarina. As a researcher, I became interested in Physical Activity and Health, Exercise Psychology, and Health Psychology. I have experience in Behavioral Sciences, and I am the author of the "Unifying Theory of Physical Activity." The focus of my attention at the moment is the Conceptual development of Physical Activity, Exercise Motivation, and the synergic between lifestyle behaviors associated with mental health (cluster analysis).
