Question
I would like to detect two different protein sizes (250 and 15 KDa) using a gradient gel (4-20%), because I have small sample amount. What is the best transfer method, which allows both small and big molecular weight.
 I have tried a standard transfer (using a semi-dry system -0.22A for 1 h and 20 min) but proteins with high molecular weight are not transferred.
