Introduction
I'm a Ph.D. candidate at the UBC Faculty of Forestry, a certified Sustainable Development Educator, and a Forest Therapy guide.
My dissertation research investigates the relationship between biotic and abiotic factors in a sample of Vancouver, B.C. forested parks and health-related outcomes after forest bathing interventions:
