Introduction
Tamer Haddad received the B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from An-Najah National University in 2004, and the M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering - Management from the University of Jordan in 2010. He is currently an instructor with the Industrial Engineering Department and the academic advisor of IISE student chapter at An-Najah National University. In addition, he is an active member at the Center of Excellence in Learning and Teaching at the university.
