Introduction
My area of specialization is Educational Planning, Management and leadership. I have experience of unit writing, unit revision, programme scheme development (B.Ed 4 years SEPM), course development, supervision & evaluation of the thesis, the teaching of research students. I have received the following trainings: Emergence of Mixed Methods Research (MMR) and Analyzing Qualitative & Quantitative Data Using SPSS & NVIVO Software Online Tutoring and Mentoring under ‘Centre for Educational Technology & Media’ in the Nenasa –Open University Sri Lanka. l have presented research papers in many international and national conferences.
