Introduction
Dr. Syed Javaid Khurshid, Ph. D. Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for International Strategic Studies (CISS). Dr. Javaid worked 40 years for PAEC in different capacities. His special interest is Mitigation & Control of WMDs, Nuclear Energy Climate Change & Nuclear Techniques for achieving SDG’s. Honarary Consultant to GIMS/PAQSJ Institute of Medical Sciences, Technical Member of HEC-MoFA Internal Compliance Committee on Export Control Laws. Dr. Javaid was President Pakistan Nuclear Society.
