Introduction
I hold an MSc in Management and a PhD in Operations Management from Tohoku University ranked 1st in Japan in 2023 (Times Higher Education). Currently, I am working at the School of Intelligent Finance and Business, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (China) as an Associate Professor. My research interests include Operations/ Quality Management, HRM, Knowledge Management, and Strategic Management among others. Regions I focus on include Central and Eastern Europe, as well as East and SE Asia.
