Introduction
Sushanta Mishra is a professor at IIM Bangalore, India. His research work has been adjudged as the Best Accepted Paper, Carolyn B. Dexter Award finalist, and Career Division Best Published Paper award finalist in the Academy of Management Meetings. His research work was selected as the first runner-up for the annual Michael Poole Best Paper Award 2020 in the International Journal of HRM.
