Introduction
Susana Mesquita holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Tourism Management and Development from the University of Aveiro. She holds a specialist degree in the area of Education and Training in Tourism and Leisure by IPP-Instituto Politécnico do Porto, a Degree in Tourism Management and Planning from ISAG – European Business School. She is a researcher at the Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies (GOVCOPP) research unit at the University of Aveiro.
