Introduction
Dr. Susana Elena-Perez is an Adjunct Professor in Loyola Andalucía University (Spain), in the Management Department.
Previously, she worked for more than eight years as Scientific Fellow in the Knowledge for Growth Unit in the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission dealing with RIS3, Higher Education and Innovation policies.
Her research activity is mainly focused on: universities, intellectual capital, regional development, smart specialisation strategies and innovation policy.
