Project: Understanding and Cultivating Student Resilience for a Successful College Experience Understanding and Cultivating Student Resilience for Successful College Experience is a training I am offering at Southwestern Oregon Community College this Spring. The training is geared towards faculty and staff to learn about, understand, build, and facilitate resilience in students on the college campus and to enhance learning and success.
