Few studies have focused on adolescents’ interpretations of parental control in a non-Western context. The central goal of the present study is to investigate whether adolescents’ FP is associated with self-esteem, behavioral conduct (i.e., being pleased with one’s manner), and depressive symptoms after controlling for maternal sensitivity/support. Thus, we aimed to reveal if FP is a relevant concept for adolescent development in Turkish culture.

Hi, I want to investigate a moderated mediation model with latent variables by using R software? Sources that I found show syntax for moderated mediation for observed variables, but I want to observe the model with latent constructs. Moreover, my moderator variable is continuous, so I wonder if it it is possible to investigate the moderator role of this continuous variable without converting it to a categorical variable? Thank you in advance for your comments.
