Question
Bestiality is becoming a common occurrence as a sexual orientation and sexual act. The social media has become replete with it's regular occurrence and the equivocal reactions it generates. Those who engage in the act as a form of sexual expression are becoming bolder in coming out of the closest. A recently trending video on the internet showed a young lady admitting her sexual dialance with a dog for a price of 1.7 million of Nigeria currency. This economic dimension that the lady has thrown into understanding bestiality has added to the existing pathological model of bestiality. The need to understand the psychological basis of the phenomenon is apposite.
Question
It seems there is no standard requirement across the globe for training to become a psychologist. Requirements seem to vary from country to country. Identifying the variations and the logic behind them and streamlining training and requirements for practice seems an appropriate step towards globalizing the provision of psychological serviced.
