Introduction
My areas of expertise are risk analysis, organizational management and culture, and mixed methods designs. While working as a practitioner, my subject matter expertise included risk management, business continuity, and insurance operations.
Current research projects include:
• Examining firefighter stressors and their influence on well-being and performance
• Business continuity team forming, recruitment, and selection
• Exploring the mediating effects of job resources on demands and well-being
