I'm doing research within the field of behavioural antecedents of smart product adoption. In order to investigate on a newly developped psychological construct, I need experts validating my findings. I am about to set up an Ontology with main issues/concerns/barriers related to CRM cloud service implementations and would like to validate my findings by conducting interviews with qualified academics in that area.
It would be a great help if any of you would be willing to help me out. The interview will not last longer than 20 min and should take place around mid/end of april. Skype is possible, also it is possible for me to send out my questions to you guys and you answer by writing your opinions below.

Cloud-based technologies hold a great number of potential benefits but also risks in comparison to on-premise solutions. To better understand these factors and to guide research and practice on the adoption and implementation of cloud-based technologies in organisations, current research has created a substantial body of knowledge. However, while numerous studies have addressed individual aspects of cloud implementation projects, the field lacks an overall structure and a cumulative research tradition. We aim to address the need for review and synthesis of this fast growing research area, and provide clear directions for a more structured approach to future research and practice.

Cloud-based technologies hold a great number of potential benefits but also risks in comparison to on-premise solutions. To better understand these factors and to guide research and practice on the adoption and implementation of cloud-based technologies in organisations, current research has created a substantial body of knowledge. However, while numerous studies have addressed individual aspects of cloud implementation projects, the field lacks an overall structure and a cumulative research tradition. We therefore aim to address the need for review and synthesis of this fast-growing research area and provide clear directions for a more structured approach to future research and practice. To do so, we perform a systematic and in-depth review of extant literature and propose a synthesised model based on the technology-organisation-environment framework. Our proposed model presents a taxonomic structure for a range of identified cloud implementation parameters that we could extract from prior research. We highlight mature as well as understudied research topics and discuss the implications of the current state of the art for practice. Building on this analysis and our proposed model, we carve out specific directions and opportunities for future research and practice.
