I need to heat therminol oil as heat transfer fluid at 250 degree celsius. Currently i am using high temperature and high power(3KW) coil heater to heat and found that the heater is corroding faster and failing after few heating cycles. What the best method to heat the fluid at high temperature? Please suggest.
