Introduction
My research is the detection of lung cancer on X-Ray and Ct-Scan images. The method I use for segmentation: snake, Active Shape Model (ASM), Active Appearance Model (AAM), Morphology. Methods for classification: Support Vector Machine (SVM), Principle Component Analysis (PCA), Self Organizing Map (SOM) and Deef Learning Convolution Network. The methods for 3-D reconstruction are Volume Rendering and Surface Rendering. Now I am conducting research on developing applications to detect Covid-19.
