Introduction
Sorin ZOICAN is full professor at the Telecommunications Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology of University “Politehnica” of Bucharest. His main areas of research activity are performance evaluation of embedded and digital signal systems with applications in telecommunications and operating systems concepts. He is also interested in the field of adaptive signal processing and multimedia applications.
