Welche Dynamiken wirken bei der Implementierung und Durchsetzung dieser Maßnahmen, und wie können Gleichstellungspolitiken künftig besser konzipiert und abgestimmt werden? Um Antworten auf diese Fragen zu finden, untersuchen die Autorinnen vergleichend die Strukturen und Maßnahmen betrieblicher Gleichstellungspolitik öffentlicher Arbeitgeber am Beispiel der Bundesverwaltungen in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich.
