About
Introduction
I am a PhD student at the School of Psychology at The University of Queensland. I am interested in developmental psychology, and my PhD is seeking to find evidence of the moral licensing effect in children. More broadly, I am interested in moral development and how people make morally relevant decisions and judgements.

This project aims to uncover the age at which children make third-party judgements consistent with the logic of moral balancing. Children will hear stories about a pair of children whose trait levels of morality differ, each of whom is contemplating a misbehaviour. They will be asked to make a series of judgements about the relative acceptability of the children engaging in the misbehaviour.
This project uses a behavioural methodology to determine if children at age 4-5 are displaying the moral balancing phenomenon.
