Introduction
Soo Jeoung "Crystal" Han is an Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Education at Yonsei University. She was an assistant professor in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) program at Boise State University. She attained her PhD in the Department of Educational Administration & Human Resource at Texas A&M University. Her research interests include the field of virtual team building and shared leadership development.

We are planning to collect pilot data from student project teams over the next few weeks. That involves setting up sessions for collecting video data, preparing the data for coding, learning how to code, and doing the coding. We are working on scheduling of team meetings and coding meetings. We have reserved Fridays from 11 am to 3 pm to collect data from the student teams.
