Introduction
Dr.Teerakunpisut is lecturer in MICE Management at the Faculty of Management Science, Prince of Songkla University (PSU), where he teaches Venue and Events Management. He also holds the role of the Director of Business Administration Department, as well as the Head of MICE Management. Songsin holds two Master’s degrees in Human and Social Development and Tourism Management. Further, he undertook his Ph.D. in Tourism and MICE Management at Western Sydney University (WSU). His doctoral research was concerned with the influence of Islam on hospitality and customer service standards in the MICE industry in Southern Thailand. Songsin worked in the hospitality sector in Thailand, before becoming an academic.He continues to play an active role in Muslim-friendly customer service development.
