Introduction
My major interests include moral psychology and development, ethics education and competence development in higher education. In particular, I have a long-term interest for consolidating stages for the ethic of care development and developing applied ethics for social and health care professionals. At the moment I am working with issues of digital exclusion among vulnerable people.

While the ethic of care has generally been regarded as an appropriate attitude for nurses, it has not received equal attention as a mode of ethical problem solving.

Most citizens are fluent in the use of digital devices
and services, but there is a minority who are excluded
due to lack of devices and skills and to negative attitudes.
Therefore, economically and socially disadvantaged
people need support to reverse the process of digital
exclusion. Digital support is intended to promote
the skills that pe...
Dilemma discussions have been proven to be one of the most effective methods to enhance students’ moral reasoning in ethics education. Dilemma discussions are increasingly arranged online, but research on the topic has remained sparse, especially in the context of continuing professional education. The aim of the present paper was to develop a meth...
Background:
The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the digitalization of services, but at the same time, some user groups are excluded due to a lack of digital skills.
