Introduction
Sofia Engrola currently works at the Aquaculture Research Group (AquaGroup), Centro de Ciências do Mar do Algarve (Faro, Portugal). Expertise in fish nutrition, with relevancy on larvae nutrition physiology and feeding, and also in understanding fish metabolic plasticity in response to dietary nitrogen, namely the trade-offs between growth performance and innovative diets.
