My lab combines expertise in dietary interventions and technological innovation with a commitment to reverse the worldwide rise of metabolic and immune disorders. Our scholarly work set trends in biodiscovery from natural resources, including development and formulation of advanced food products and cosmetic solutions to improve human health and wellbeing.
