  • With a vast experience in higher education teaching, research and management in IGNOU, Delhi and other higher education institutions, she is presently Additional Director (Professor Scale) from August 2016 onwards, responsible for student performance assessment and related support services management in the regional office at Noida (UP). She also worked in Department of Business Administration at Arab Open University Saudi Arabia for three years as a faculty member.
