Průzkum se soustřeďuje na hodnocení kvality života v Ostravě z pohledu rodin a rodinného života a byl realizován v roce 2020. Průzkum obsahuje 24 otázek a zůčastnilo se jej 1800 respondentů. V závěru průzkumu jsou formulována doporučení pro SMO vyplývající z realizovaného šetření.
