Introduction
My research activity mainly focuses on the topic of occupational health and safety (OHS) promotion. In particular, I'm currently working on: - Promotion of safety behaviors in SCOs - Developing positive personal resources in organizations (i.e., PsyCap and EI); - Well-being of healthcare personnel in the post-pandemic era (in collaboration with IRCCS Maugeri and Istituto Auxologico) - Telework and its effects on worker well-being - Absenteeism prevention (in collaboration with IRSST Montréal)
