Information networks for cross-company collaboration in the production chains of construction industry

Die additive Fertigung durch geschichtete Betonextrusion ist ein verbreiteter Ansatz, um komplexe Bauteile robotergesteuert herzustellen. Dabei weist ultrahochfester Beton (UHPC) ein immenses Potential für die Leistungsfähigkeit des Prozesses auf. Durch hohe Tragfähigkeiten bei schlankeren Strukturen und geringem Füllgrad kann Material eingespart, der Bahnpfad verkürzt, die Druckgeschwindigkeit erhöht, zusätzliche Bewehrung vermieden und das Eigengewicht der Bauteile reduziert werden. Der Einsatz von UHPC in der additiven Fertigung ist aufgrund der Materialeigenschaften und der anspruchsvollen Verarbeitung jedoch derzeit nicht möglich.
