Introduction
My research is motivated by the possibilities to improve and advance communication and collaboration in today’s highly networked society. Most of my research focuses on computer-mediated communication, virtual teams, digital media, data analytics, visualization, and interactive learning technology. While some of my research has favored positivist quantitative methods, my main research effort is now heading toward mixed-methods and qualitative research, such as activity theory and phenomenology.
