Introduction
Shree Prasad Devkota is a member of the TRANSCEND Network for Peace, Development and Environment. Currently he is doing PhD in Tribhuvan University on Disqualified(Child Combatants of the Maoist People’s Liberation Army) to Civilian . Moreover, he is chairperson of SDEF–Sustainable Development and Empowerment Forum.He is researcher in the field social science in Nepal He has published several books and research articles in national and international publication.
