How can we measure current vs. time curves using a source-meter (keithley)?
I need to measure current vs time characteristic ( as shown in file attached) for my sample for fixed voltage bias. The measurement is done in two probe set-up. I am using Keithley 2636B source meter and using software as attached.
I am not able to get current vs time option in the software.
Plz suggest how to do it. Any extra hardware or software is required?

how to prepare the sample for taking SEM image of mos2 flakes ? They are synthesized using sonication followed by centrifugation. We have used DMF as solvent also.

Dear Reader,
We have prepared a sample of MoS2 nanosheets using liquid phase exfoliation with DMF (Dimethylformamide) as solvent. 50ml was prepared with a concentration of 5mg/ml. After probe sonication for 3hrs, the sample was centrifuged at 3000rpm for 30 minutes. The supernatant was collected and labelled as DMF 1. The sediment was then re-suspended in fresh DMF and the sample so obtained was labelled as DMF 2.
According to the published paper, for UV-VIS spectrometry measurement two peaks at 612nm and 674nm should be observed which is not in the case of DMF 1.
Instead, two peaks are visible at 628 nm and 689 nm for case of DMF 2.
Which one is the correct method ? Plz help.

Question
I would like to Synthesis ZnO nanorods . After preparing the ZnO seed solutions, I have prepared combined solutions of Zinc nitrate dihydrate and HMTA in 25mM concentrations.
The individual materials are added together in 2-propanol solutions and stirred for 30 minutes. Then both solutions (Zinc nitrate dihydrate + HMTA sol.) are combined into one solutions and were magnetically stirred at 60 oC for 2 hrs.
I have got white solutions but i think it should be transparent in nature.
Plz advice me how to get transparent solutions?
