Introduction
I am Dr. Shivam Bhartiya, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management at Jain (Deemed-to-be University). With over a decade of teaching and research experience in tourism and hospitality management, my work focuses on community-based tourism, sustainability, and technological innovations in the field. I hold a Ph.D. in Tourism Management and am certified as a Hospitality Educator and UGC NET-qualified professional.
