Introduction
For over 20 years, Professor Huang and his research team, the Nutrition and Neurodegenerated Disorders Laboratory at Taipei Medical University, focus on nutrients and translational research. Professor Huang’s lab has made important contributions to the field of nutrients in energy expenditure and psychiatric disorders, especially n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in depression. Professor Huang has studied anti-depressive activity of n-3 PUFA from molecular mechanism to clinical application.
