Introduction
I am Dr. Sheikh Muhammad Adnan, an academic and researcher specializing in the field of law with a PhD in International Law and a research focus on Cyber Financial Law. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Head of the Law Department at the Institute of Southern Punjab, Multan, I have over three years of post-doctoral teaching experience, in addition to a year as a lecturer.
